Setting your mind free allows your in-built success mechanism to take over and take you along the road that leads to the fulfillment of your goals.
Achieving this is far less difficult that you might imagine.
The essential preparation
I am assuming that you have determined what your goals are and have written them down in great detail, in the present tense and are reading them every single day.
You accept that your self image is something created mainly by the comments of others, positive and negative, throughout your entire life and have become so deeply embedded in your subconscious that they make up your image of yourself.
You, like most of us, live by the restrictions that your self image imposes on you. This means that the negative aspects of your self image can be preventing you from reaching your goals. You have, to some degree, become your own worst enemy!
You might not be even be prepared to admit it but there are aspects of your personality that you have come to accept as undeniable fact. Persons in authority, parents, teachers, friends, employers and relatives may have expressed the opinion that you are not great at sports.
You attempt to play a sport and, on that occasion, you don't do too well. Now the negative comments are reinforced and your belief in your lack of athleticism has become even more deeply etched into your subconscious.
I guarantee that there is at least one subject at school that you did not enjoy, which may well have been as a result of a teacher that you just didn't connect with, and yet, later in life, you discovered that you could understand it and even enjoy it.
So how do you go about setting your mind free?
Reading, if only half an hour a day, the right books is essential. I cannot, in this article, do justice to the entire process but I can recommend what is, in my opinion, the best book on the subject. It is 'The New Psycho-Cybernetics' by Maxwell Maltz, truly life changing content.
You will learn that you are not the sum of your past mistakes and that you can change your self image for the better in less time than you perhaps think is possible.
You should also listen to audio or video presentations that will help to reinforce Maltz's ideas. The master of this is Bob Proctor.
I promise you that by combining the above you will become aware of a change in yourself in as little as thirty days. As you change, the world and it's impact on you, also seems to alter for the better.
You move forward
Having freed up your mind from the luggage it has been dragging around for decades, your subconscious, acting on the information regarding your goals that you have burned into it, will work out a plan to enable you to achieve the success you crave.
You should never attempt to consciously work out how to realize your dreams, your subconscious will do that for you, but instead keep your goals forever in the forefront of your mind and focus on visualizing your new life.
I speak from personal experience when I say that the techniques that I have outlined above, properly and diligently applied, can make a difference to your health, wealth and happiness that today you may find difficult to believe.
Set you mind free and stride with new confidence along the path that leads to the successful realization of even your wildest dreams.
