Find Ways to Kill Time

You need to find a closure and the only way you can do that is by letting go. It is one thing to enjoy your memories of the deceased person, quite another to live in those memories. Don't let the past shape your future.

Don't wallow in the misery alone, but seek help. Talk to friends or family members who understand you. The more you talk, the better you will be able to process the harsh reality.
Do Not Take Wrong Steps
That one impulsive moment, when it all seems too unbearable to take, can drive a person to take extreme steps. Never do anything harmful to yourself and if you feel it is becoming too much for you to handle, seek assistance of a professional counsellor immediately.
